- Extensive experience in managing and giving advice about labor and Social Security matters. Legal labor advice and representation of companies in court proceedings before the labor court, before the Labor Inspection and Social Security authorities and before the companies’ arbitration and mediation sections.
- Insolvency counseling to companies in the Labor Area, including the intervention and/or representation of the insolvent companies before the social court.
